Vintage Mens Wrist Watch Art Classic Men's Wristwatch 1920's Swiss Original Movement

If you have been collecting watches for a while I think you’re going to appreciate this CUSTOMIZED WATCH model that features an ORIGINAL porcelain DIAL designed by the artist handcrafted, BROWN stainless steel CASE and an original pocket watch mechanism with BLUE STEEL SCREWS, SCREWED THREEFOLD in GOLD CENTER JEWEL CHATON, BI-METALLIC MICROMETER REGULATOR & BLUE BREGUET BALANCE SPRING.

This rare timepiece features an elegant, sunken ORIGINAL porcelain dial is in good condition and designed by the artist handcrafted of THE WANDOLEC ART STUDIO specially for this excellent watch. This dial features a 60-minute outer track border, black main Arabic numerals, original gold steel Louis XVI filigree hands and a recessed sunken sub-seconds dial with 60 second outer chapter and “sweep” original gold steel seconds hand. There is decorated with the RED FOX at the center of the dial. 

It is a registered design model that features a BROWN three piece STAINLESS STEEL CASE that provides with glass cover of back covering. This watch was converted from pocket watch. The STAINLESS STEEL case, new custom made, fantastic, matched specially for this excellent Swiss movement. The lugs are in great condition while the winding crown is in very good shape and operates properly. The case has MINERAL glasses on the front and back side. 

Peeking inside via the glass lid I find a spotless and high grade, manual wind gold plated lever escapement movement with BLUE STEEL SCREWS, SCREWED THREEFOLD in GOLD CENTER JEWEL CHATON, BI-METALLIC MICROMETER REGULATOR & BLUE BREGUET BALANCE SPRING.

To enhance the power coming through the train, the center wheel is provided with a chaton jewel, which is screwed threefold. Only jeweled holes minimize reliably the friction due to enormous driving power of the mainspring and consequently the going barrel. The screwed chaton allows the precise adjustment of the wheel and the quick change of the bearing jewel if necessary. The further wheel arbors are protected by jewels.

The movement are signed DEPOSE below the balance wheel and the movement serial number #343.011-33 on back side plate (under the dial).

This beautiful wristwatch has the ORIGINAL movement in an excellent status which was very well saved, considering age of this watch, but may contain replacement parts that are not from the original manufacturer if the original manufacturer no longer makes that part. Mechanism has been recently serviced to ensure it winds and sets smoothly while keeping great, accurate time. 

This is a “NAIL SET” watch so you don’t pull the crown out to set the time. Instead, you press the little button near the crown IN and then move the crown to set the hands, releasing the button once you’re finished. It’s easy, so don’t worry about getting the hang of it! 

It is fitted on a new 22mm brown alligator style genuine leather strap with golden steel buckle that is vintage style and goes great with this wonderful watch.

This cleaned, oiled and regulated antique watch winds and sets very smoothly while keeping very good, accurate time.

Because of the vintage nature of the watch I cannot guarantee its absolute time keeping accuracy even if they are in good running condition and in some rare occasions may require additional adjustment.
