Exceptional watchmaking and timeless elegance for this beautiful amazing large skeletonized dress a NOBLE DESIGN WATCH that decorated with the HIGHEST QUALITY ENGRAVING – STYLE of NEW-YORK CITY and the Statue of Liberty with WHITE & RED STONES.

 

This gorgeous, men’s watch is a very handsome specimen and features an outer track border, hour markers with RED & WHITE STONES, steel Breguet-style hands and recessed “sweep” steel seconds hand. The dial is decorated with high quality applied rose gold steel Statue of Liberty at the center of the dial.

 

It is a registered design model that features a three piece GOLD PLATED – 23K CASE that provides with glass cover of back covering. This watch was converted from pocket watch. The GOLD PLATED case, new custom made, fantastic, build of THE WANDOLEC ART STUDIO specially for this excellent LONGINES movement. The lugs are in great condition while the winding crown is in very good shape and operates properly. The case has MINERAL glasses on the front and back side. The case is decorated HIGH QUALITY ENGRAVING. The case is signed LONGINES on the lateral bezel.

 

This beautiful wristwatch has the ORIGINAL magic GOLD-FILLED movement in an excellent status which was very well saved, considering age of this watch and has been in addition updated and engraved by the craftsman. Each part of the mechanism, each millimeter it is decorated by a magnificent magic ornament. The bridges have in addition to extensive skeletonization have been gorgeously engraved as well.

 

On the front side the movement you can see the HIGHEST QUALITY ENGRAVING – STYLE of NEW-YORK CITY. Also is signed LONGINES with the movement serial number #2.857.167. This serial number dates this watch to 1912 as per published production numbers.

 

On back side I find is HIGHEST QUALITY ENGRAVING movement with BI-METALLIC MICROMETER REGULATOR & BLUE BREGUET BALANCE SPRING. The movement is signed LONGINES with the movement serial number #2.857.167. This serial number dates this watch to 1912 as per published production numbers. The caliber number 18.79 is stamped below the balance wheel, always difficult to see!

 

 

Mechanism has been recently serviced to ensure it winds and sets smoothly while keeping great, accurate time.

You can see from any direction the internal mechanics working as the balance wheel spins. They make an elegant statement on the wrist. Watch aficionados and laymen alike when they see a high quality skeletonized watch recognize its beauty.

 

It is fitted on a new 24mm black alligator style genuine leather strap with gold Stainless steel buckle that is vintage style and goes great with this wonderful watch.
